  • Second procedure for my husband....both times we got there at designated time.....early the first time and on time this last time. We waited and waited and waited and waited...first time 2 1/2 hours before he even got in for his 'pre-op' stuff. Then another hour wait after he got back before procedure. Procedure was not more than 15-20 mins. So basically took us almost ALL DAY for a 20 min procedure. Second time, we were waiting in waiting room for 1 hr and 20 min. I went to see what the delay was (as many many many people came and went, even those there after we arrived) and we were told at that time it would be ANOTHER HOUR, before he even went back for his pre-op prep. I was very upset and told them that this happened last time and what was the delay. The lady at the front desk came over to us a few mins later and said she was going to check to see what was going on. She even said she understood why we were upset and recalled the last time and that she would be upset too! Thank you to her, I wish I knew her name or we may still be sitting there. Amazingly, they came out a few min later and called my husbands name! What happened to the 'another hour' wait. I honestly think they 'forgot' about him or deliberately put him off. As we sat there, there were a ton of people that came in after us and got in before us! IF his Dr. used other Dr's at other centers, we would NOT EVER go back here again! The final procedure takes about 20 min....and it has taken us 4 to 6 hrs for 20 min procedure. Plus, we are in the far south valley and orginally scheduled for procedure at Highland Center, but they cancelled and said we HAD to go to North Valley Center. We are a LONG WAYS AWAY, and traffic is a total battle. I am disgusted. IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE, DO NOT USE THIS CENTER. If I could rate a zero, I would.
