SHAME on Harrahs for thinking that a long 30+ minute wait to check in is acceptable. 20 computer terminals at the front desk and only 3 desk clerks working at peak check in time of 6:00pm. Complete chaos. and I'm sure there was six or eight managers in the back office sitting at their desk doing paperwork while the poor customers forced to wait in line 50 people deep. How about a new computer system that's a little bit more efficient and speeds up the check in process?
Two dirty coffee cups are outside my door when I checked in. Worse than that, they were still there when I checked out.
