  • I called OMW to fix a leak I had in a pipe. I was told on the phone when I called that there was a $89 charge to come to my house, and the price of the repair would be around $250. See their web page front and center, and you will see this quote: "Our $89 diagnostic fee is applied to your repair" When they finished I was told the price was something like $379. Not only DIDN'T they apply the $89 charge to the repair, like it clearly says on their web page, but the price was even higher. It took them about 20 min to actually make the repair, but they left for about 30 minutes in the middle to get more parts. The repair was good, but for dishonest advertising, I would NEVER have them back in my house, nor would I ever recommend them to anyone else. I gave them three stars because the repair was good. They never gave me a receipt, but said they would email it, and I have never received it.
