  • I wish I could say that this was the first issue. Ontrac stole a couple packages at Christmas last year. They have on more than one instance state that they package was delivered one day and then it is actually delivered the next day late. Now, we have yet another package missing. Please keep in mind that we have NO problems with deliveries from UPS or Fed-ex. I shop a lot on Amazon have have at least a few packages delivered each week.
