  • When I made the reservation I specifically asked for a room in the upper floor. I ended up in the basement. The hotel was almost empty. I tried to change the room, but the lady at reception desk told me the hotel was full. This was a blatant lie. Even their effort to give a silver member some courtesy was totally ignored. I also made a friend in my room...a huge cockroach. I can't wait to move out of this room the morning and never come back.
