I like some of the staff and I like the general purpose or company motto but I have been very frustrated with the appointments and booking and the inability to get people in on ortho appointments. I have had the same bands on for over 3 months and they are saying they still don't have an available appointment for a month. It's gross. Why are you still taking new patients if you are unable to accommodate for the current ones. Flexibility is far from the fact. They want to schedule you 2 to 3 months out at each appointment and when you have something come up they make you wait an additional month or more for appointments. At this point I feel I am doing more damage then good to my teeth.
