rev:text	I only use yelp to sing praises or warn people of the hell hole they're about to go down... I have lived at my complex over a year and after reading all these reviews I feel my warning is definitely justified. They are a horrible company and treat home owners like they're stupid, especially Jenna or her boss Steena, but only because they don't take themselves or their jobs seriously which is quite sad as they're in charge of peoples homes where they are supposed to have a little bit of peace from the outside world. Unfortunately that is impossible with this company as your HOA as they do not care if cars license tags get taken, let alone if their whole car gets stolen( 2 have been stolen in the last 2 years from what I know), they never clean the windows on the outside ($200 monthly HOA fee), they are currently using Avitrol on at least one of their properties to kill pigeons while lying to residents that it's birth control (also didn't even tell anyone till people started freaking out because they kept seeing dead pigeons lying everywhere) and also not picking up the birds after they are dead, the groundskeeper is lazy and refuses to put out more trash cans for doggie droppings or clean out the bins that are full so they end up stinking up the whole area around them (we have one outside our mailbox hall, just what you want to smell when you check your mail at the end of the day, huh?). I mean... I really could go on, but I think I've painted a clear picture. The MOST unfortunate thing, is that my complex would be a beautiful and stress-free living environment if ONLY City Property Management would think about it's residents instead of themselves.
