| - Follow up with Sales Manager - I walk into the showroom tell him the story and he looks flustered, then asks "Uh, were floormats and the spare key specified in the deal?". RED FLAG - I thought this was a luxury brand dealer, not some shady backstreet market.
He said the storage area was probably locked, so he'd check tomorrow an call me. Tomorrow, no call. Day after, I call - "Oh, sorry, got caught up with some sales - let me look right now and call you right back.". No return call. I call again, next day and get the answer, "Yeah, I checked and there was nothing there. Sorry.", with a delivery tone which gave the distinct feeling that he hadn't in fact checked, but was just done with this waste of his very valuable time.
Ok, so the key, I should've asked about, but floormats? Come on!
Even better, apparently, the dealership was supposed to set me up with 3 months of Sirius radio, but didn't. 0 after-sale service from these bozos.
This is the second vehicle I've bought from Earnhardt dealerships. It's the last. So, I won't be wasting any more of their sales manager's precious time. I'll also be making sure my friends and colleagues know not to go here.
Having previously dealt with Audi and BMW in Scottsdale, the comparison in attitude toward the customer is stark.
Apparently, "No Bull", means "Complete Bull". I'll be removing those two decals from my cars, tonight.
