Update: Since my review Clear Protection has reached out to rectify the situtation. They're customer service lead Noelle was very professional and her level of customer service is that which everyone in the company should strive to possess and what I would have liked to have received from the beginning. They worked to have the issue resolved with Monitronics as well and stated they are working so it doesn't happen to any other customers. Ultimately I decided to not stay with the company and they have had a technichian come out and take the equipment that I did have back. The technichian Aaron was professional and very understanding of the situation.
