I was extremely disappointed in my new car experience at Audi Bedford. I was in the market for a new Audi and have been to a number of dealers recently. Audi Bedford was my first choice based on convenience and advertising and I went there with the goal of buying a new Audi. My salesman was friendly and accommodating BUT when it came time for a deal, I was low balled on my trade-in and offered full sticker price on the new car. There was no interest in negotiating; I just wanted a fair deal and to feel like a valued customer. While I was there, I had the opportunity to watch the sales manager and other salesman in action, talking negatively about the customers. These guys do not get it...no respect for the customer.
I bought a new Audi at Cascade Audi that week and paid a fair value. The difference in customer service was incredible. My buying decision was not about price or convenience, but about Customer Service!
