Ali at the front desk has got to find his calling as a used car salesman,or one of those door to door vacuum hustlers. He takes his commissionary sales so serious it ruins the joy of the already over charges experience. After the third interaction with him,I have concluded this as his natural character. A friend of mine who referred me to this company,which other than Ali,she loved. She ended up calling the customer service in his face to demand her insurance be accepted thru him,which it did. He will do whatever in his human power to make you purchase company insurance at damn near whatever cost...smh. Three times in a row I had to break Down and give in to extra $20 a day insurance which I didn't even need to finish my travels. That is so annoying,unnecessary,and a bad look upon the company. Other than him,the car was great,customer service was great....prices;almost double their competitors.
