  • Not sure why this location has such poor reviews, but personally had a great experience overall. Employees here may seem busy at first, but are more than willing to help. One instance, I had to print out and hand cut 300 name tags for a large event and was cutting it close to the store's closing time. The employee stayed extra long to keep the store open for me. On the second occasion, I came in to get something printed and realized the quote was out of my budget. The employee understood and recommended other options for me. She even helped me get quotes on other projects so that I would know ahead of time what price range to expect.
