Be very careful making this your choice. After an hour wait, my daughter saw Dr. Hall and left the appointment needing 2 prescriptions which were to be filled by 2 special pharmacies which I was told would call me to fill. Those pharmacies did not call me for 4 days so I spent 6 hours calling the Dr and those pharmacies to get her prescriptions filled. The real issue is how the staff handles new patients. They are very rude and feel extremely burdened that you are even bothering them in the first place.
The first call to the Dr after not hearing anything from any pharmacy, I was told only one pharmacy was handling her prescriptions and that I needed to call them. I called that pharmacy only to be told, no they were only handling one. I call back the Dr and instead of being apologetic, the staff was extremely rude. When asked to spell my daughters name, they didn't like that I was being clear and precise in order to not have to repeat it again since I already had 3 times. They asked me to hold for over 10 mins while they got the number to the pharmacy and left the phone off the hook while they proceeded to talk in the background about how I was mad when it was actually the lady talking to me that was upset I was bothering her. Of course I wasn't happy that I had to call back and I had to handle the facilitation of my daughters medication when they told me I would be receiving the calls.
Whoever the lady was that I was talking to really needs to be discharged. She was more then rude and condescending and when I asked her why she felt the need to talk to me that way, she was defensive and inappropriate and proceeded just hang up on me. I have never experienced that type of treatment let alone from a medical practice.
I called back again to the main number asking to a message for the doctor to call me and he never called.
This office is very busy and there is nothing warm and welcoming about their lobby at all in terms of waiting room and comfort.
