  • I have gone to QC reflexology a few times and most of the time it was a pretty good experience. However, today we had a horrible service encounter with an older man at the front desk. First thing was that the price was higher than the time before, so we simply asked if we had signed up for a different session than we the previous time. Apparently, that was a special offer, so I paid and that was fine. My massage was not too great, it just felt as though she was focused on something else, tired or something. Regardless how many times my thumb was up jenny would tuck it away and continue. When we left that man asked how it was and we said not as good as last time and rudely snarled at us and implied that it was our fault. After leaving the building, my boyfriend decided to go back and see why our dissatisfaction was unimportant to a small business. He was then yelled at and escorted to the door by this man by the name of Jim. Jim yelled that my boyfriend was a pussy and taking advantage of his workers and that he's sorry that his president didn't win and us F***** liberals could take our business elsewhere. MORTIFIED, I looked into QC to find that Jim is the OWNER?!? It is completely mind boggling to me that the owner of a local business would be so unprofessional, rude and completely inappropriate. From my view, I was ready to call the cops, because it looked like he was ready to throw a punch at a client that once considered this the place to go.Tonight they lost my business forever, which is unfortunate.
