  • Beware when you schedule the day for delivery you better be available all that day they call you the day before and give you the window if it doesn't work and you ask for early or later time you don't get a choice you have to take their window or you get charged a rescheduling fee of $35.00 so I call customer service and tell them we own a plumbing AC Company we work with the customer to see what time window is good for them she responds we have been in business for many years and we know what we are doing. I wonder how the majority of people who work full time deal with this?? I would have given them one star if they hadn't removed the fee.
