Around nov-dec 2015 Just disappointed in barber not shop. But I won't go here anymore for this rude unprofessional customer service. You guys lost a good client that came about 2x a month. Got my haircut from Daniel I think was his name older Mexican guy around 30 and up age. On west side of shop.
I seen Daniel was sick/ coughing and looked like he wanted to go home. He cut my hair roughly pressing cutter hard on my head and moving my head around roughly then I ever had lol. I didn't mind bc wasn't too big of a deal. Then...
-he cut my side burns with out asking
I commented "every other barber ask before they cut" he said "I'm not every other barber" and we argued for a while. He blamed me for not telling him. I felt disrespected, and uncomfortable like he was going to hit me, believe me I had my fist rest to Bruce lee his ass. He still finished my haircut (grabbing my hair hard/ doing it more rough then before)
-I told him I will not pay for this customer service, he said you can leave then, I asked for manager/supervisor, he said come back another time and leave now.
-he did a good job but he was a asshole.
-next time your sick maybe you should go home or not be an asshole to loyal customers
-I would've felt better if he apologize and I would've still paid
-"measure twice and cut once" not the other way around and mess up someone's looks :)
