This place needs some polishing. We brought our cat here for boarding last weekend. We'd never been here. When I made the reservation over the phone the process went smoothly and they sent me the paperwork to fill out ahead of time. However, when I showed up to drop him off the desk was empty. I stood there for a good ten minutes waiting for the gal to show up. When she did she looked through my paperwork and informed me that a) my cat's 3-year vaccine administered by another local hospital wouldn't be honored so he'd have to have another in order to be boarded and b) I'd have to see the vet before I could leave him. We were due to drive out of town in 20 minutes so the tech went to ask if the visit could be waived, but the answer was no. So, dropping the cat off took at least 30 minutes. Pickup was a slow process too. Took 20 minutes or so and I had an infant and wiggly toddler with me. We will give them another shot but they definitely need to refine their processes judging from all the mediocre reviews here and my experience.
