On 6/27/16 I called and spoke to REBECCA the Office Manager/ Front desk receptionist. I was simply inquiring on a package I'd shipped and the USPS confirmed delivery on 6/23/16. This was for a former tenant of theirs and very dear friend of mine. We had been in conversation with each other but I was unaware that my friend had moved. I simply asked for her to check and see if it was there and could be picked up or sent back...her words were " I shouldn't even be talking to you right now". I wasn't asking for information on any one...just for her to verify a box sitting in the office or mail room for me. She was rude, unprofessional and very short with me. Maybe her company should invest in some Customer Service classes for her. SHE'S HORRIBLE. I hung up and started a claim procedure with the Post Office.
