  • Stay away. Gina N. and company in AZ will steal the stink out of crap. House was a fire hazard with bad plumbing.$100 deductible to fix anything. Pee poor patch work with major problems ignored or we were told not to use faulty equipment which is a fire hazard. and In addition, they failed to add simple screen for the sliding patio door in 3 years of leasing. They should only manage low income trailer parks. Gina speaks to you like a reject from a community college whose attitude would make any husband leave for a pack of cigs only to never return.
