  • Horrible! They have this special on Groupon for synthetic oil. I made an appointment early in the morning for an oil change and was there right on time at around 3:30 pm., I get there and one of the guys told me they ran out of oil. This is the last of Midas for me and I will spread the words to all my friends and family. This is not the first time I've had a horrible experience with Midas (different even) I should have learned from the first time. 1) They knew they were having special on groupon and they were selling like crazy so they were unprepared and did not order enough supply of synthetic oil. 2) They could have told me when I made an appointment that they did not have any availabe or could have made a courtesy call as soon as they found out. 3) They were not apologetic at all in fact they were a smart ass.
