We brought our Pitt girl here on Family weekend and were all very happy with Park Bruges' awesome Saturday brunch. The three of us were drawn to their crab cakes Benedict with creole hollandaise. The 2 crab cakes were generously sized and topped with perfectly poached eggs, smothered with hollandaise all on top of a slice of challah-- delicious! -- though I was slightly disappointed there was no hint of any creole spiciness. Next time I would just ask for Tabasco. Also shared a single Belgian waffle, served with both blueberry ginger compote and chocolate sauces on the side:). I've never had a true Belgian waffle so don't feel qualified to comment on its authenticity, but thought this was not very special in taste, tho the presentation and sauces were excellent. Service was awesome, prices reasonable for the food. We didn't partake in the brunch prix fixe deal, which includes a mimosa, Bloody Mary or another (I forget) boozy alternative as well as an additional side order... Next time!!
