  • Worst place. As soon as you walk in the office smells like cat piss, cat hair on everything. Office manager smokes, maintenance smokes. Hot water goes out at least once or twice a month, no water pressure. Took three months of exterminating to get rid of the roaches. So many things are Mickey Moused instead of actually fixed. Pavement around the premises is potholed. Pools are green. No mail receptacles so you have to go into the office to get your mail. Drug dealers, people coming and going during the night. So many people smoke that you smell it all day long through the vents.
