rev:text	I was referred to SMI by my shoulder doctor to have an MRI done. SMI booked the appointment and took all of my insurance information. I am now sitting with a bill because SMI was not fully covered by my insurance provider. After speaking to my insurance provider it seems just about every other facility in the valley was covered except for SMI. I can't for the life of me understand why they would have not verified my coverage at the time they booked the appointment or the day of the appointment.
