First time trying this place out after seeing great reviews, and I must say...either I caught the tail end of the meat or people just don't understand what southern bbq is all about. Tried the pit master which is a mix of pulled pork and brisket, and the pork was so dry I had to keep applying sauce every 2-3 bites.
The portion size was great, but the dryness of the meat made it too meh for me. I can say the talk of the Mac-n-cheese is true, it's absolutely fantastic.
Also told the girl it was my first time ever there and never got a question during my whole time there how I was doing or what I thought.
Most likely won't be back.
Here is a picture of the super dry meat.
