Buyer Beware. Consumer Alert
This place is a sham. They'll take your money and not care about your concerns.
Prime Example: Two days ago; I found hair and other biohazardous material inside one of their PODS and for that reason I decided to terminate my session early (25 minutes in) in order to allow the business to get their act together, and to hopefully reschedule (at no extra cost to me).
When I approached the staff about this concern; my concerns were quickly minimized and dismissed and furthermore I was informed that would be billed for the session, regardless of these very tangible sanitation issues (issues which likely continue to persist).
I had an especially hard time understanding their unwillingness to issue a complimentary credit given the profoundly egregious circumstances. Generally speaking, the Universally accepted customer service formula:
Customer unhappy with vendor = vendor reproduce service at no additional cost, until the customer is satisfied.
--Well guess what?! That philosophy clearly does not apply at this business!
It's one thing if I stayed in their (dirty) POD for the entirety of the session and then complained at the end..
But stopping the session mid-way...I mean surely, I must've had some pretty pressing concerns if it couldn't wait until the end of the session to rectify. And to make matters worse, their response to all of this was totally abysmal.
Lesson that I learned; even if you stop your session early or midway through to tell them that you're unhappy, they will do nothing to make you feel "whole" again. Instead, they will simply "run up" and deplete your sessions from your pool of remaining sessions.
Now I just want to quickly use up my remaining sessions so I can sever ties with this establishment and seek my floating-related needs elsewhere.
