Really disappointed with this Costco, upon arrival I noticed everyone ahead of me walked in without a breeze so I continued my walk in and the lady stopped me and asked for my membership. I showed her and looked back and realized she didn't ask ANYONE else for their membership either so it made me feel horrible and outcasted.
Secondly before I even came to the place, I called in to ask if they had the Kate Spade throws in stock as it was known to be sold out very quickly and the customer service rep assured me there was 77 units in stock and if I went right away I'd be able to grab one for myself. WRONG. Walked around the area for bedding and stuff dumbfounded for 10 minutes and gave up just to ask one of the staff and was told they were sold out since last week.
I stood there with the ??????? expression on my face and was pretty annoyed at this point and left.
Hope the communication and consistency grows to help this place become better.
