  • I moved to the neighbourhood just over three years ago and immediately tried WCB for a sandwich. Wrong move. The ham and tomato sandwich was too salty and inedible. So, I decided not again but opted for the baked goods which are over priced and rather ho hum. They do make an excellent Spanakopita although it can be very greasy. I now buy their breads. I have them sliced but noticed, three years ago, that not all of the loaves were sliced leaving chunks four or five slices thick. I pointed this out to the owner who said they had tried everything to fix it. This has been going on for three years Today, I bought a whole wheat loaf and had it sliced and again there were large chunks. Again I pointed it out to the owner who asked me why I always complain and tried to take the loaf out of my hands. She is quick to become angry and verbally abusive. She wanted to know why I kept coming back and I replied that in spite of her negative customer service, I still like the bread! She told me to have a nice day in a very sarcastic manner. Do you have a horror story to tell about this woman?
