rev:text	The absolute worst property management company! I have always had great relationships with previous landlords because I really care about the homes I live in and treat them as my sacred space. This management company did not 1) have any idea which mailbox went with the house. I literally had to try my key in every box in the bank of mailboxes to figure it out. 2) The floor flooded when I had the washer hooked up. There was apparently faulty plumbing. One never gets the same person when calling about a problem. The calls are routed to more than 1 state. I had to talk with someone in Nevada as well as the Midwest.They sent a non-plumber out who could not find the problem and cut 3 holes in the drywall and left them. I had already hired professional painters to come in and paint, so I had to pay to have the drywall repaired myself and find someone who really could fix the problem and pay them at my own expense. They will never schedule anything for Saturdays and demand that your pet be locked up somehow so they can come whenever they please. 3) They never gave me the HOA rules. The HOA sent violation notices about weeds to Goldenwest Property, but not to me! GWPM never bothered to tell me there was a problem, until notice number 3 and then they made me pay the $150 fine. I was already taking care of the weeds with round--up, but had I known they had a time period the weeds had to be removed, I certainly would have done so. They do not allow anyone any courtesies whatsoever. They treat their tenants as if we are non-human. It truly is one of the worst experiences I have EVER had. I would never rent another dwelling from this group EVER. HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!
