  • I have been using Desert Hills since i moved to the valley over 11 years ago. I have moved all over the Northside, but have always felt comfortable there. I have a relative who is a vet back in Chicago who used to take care of my animals so it was hard to switch, but I have had nothing but a good experience here. Easy getting appts., good follow up from the staff, they have always been nice and courteous to me and my pets. Not planning on changing anytime soon. Sad to see that someone actually had a bad experience here.
