  • Phil was so fantastic! (Delivery drivers SUCKED...see end of review) I came in looking for a mattress for my daughter and while she was testing them out he and I talked about the previous mattress I had purchased from mattress firm and how I couldn't sleep. I told him how much I had spent on it and how it was uncomfortable for the price. I explained how it felt so good in the store but different when it arrived. I told him about how I have pillows piled behind my head between my legs under my arms and under my feet... So Phil had me lay on an ergo base... I kind of knew before hand I might need one of those but he set it in stone. When I got on that ergo base everything felt so good. Phil even went to the extent to double check to make sure my mattress worked on that particular system. I COULDN'T GET IT FAST ENOUGH!! :) Phil was able to have it delivered the next day...but with a huge window of time they would be there... I was a little uneasy because I had scheduled a few appointments that would conflict but he went over the website with me for the deliveries and said I could check closer to the time and track when they would be there. He highlighted all the important things I needed to know about the warranty and the delivery. He highlighted his name and phone number and my order number. SO AWESOME!! I am SO happy with my mattress now and my ergo base!! Thank you Phil! My life thanks you as well because I see way less sleepless nights from here on!! Now...delivery...Fabian and Juan were the drivers...ZERO STARS!!!!!!!!!! I thought I would be nice and take the slats out of my bed and take my mattress off so they could get in and get out pretty quick. My mattress is super heavy by the way it's pretty expensive. They put my ergo base down and didn't even put my mattress back on it. The delivery service was HORRIBLE and EXTREMELY RUDE.
