What awesome reviews this place had on their website...not so much on Yelp (just 1). I was in so much pain today I decided I needed to get a massage. I read the reviews on their website and decided I needed to give this Jenny a try. Made my appointment easily on line and anxiously awaited my appointment. When the clock struck 4:40 I cheerfully left work anticipating the healing hands of Jenny melting all my pain, stress and tension away. I show up 20 minutes early and am told by the receptionist that Jenny is no longer available and that she will be leaving at 5! I'm like, say what!!!??? She was like, I'm not sure if you specifically requested her but we have so and so and so and so available. I said, I made my reservation online where you specifically select the therapist you want, so yes I requested her. I made my appointment more than 5 hours in advance and they ask for all of your contact info. So why in the heck couldn't the receptionist shoot me an email or call me and let me know rather than allowing me to leave work early in hopes I would retain my appointment with someone else????!!! Come on man! Common courtesy is all I ask. This was just downright horrible customer service. Moral of the story...Jenny's magical hands will never meet my tired and sore body. :( To think of what could have been but I can't give a company like that my money out of sheer principal. Customer service is key peeps...a simple phone call or email is all I needed and I would have made an appointment with Jenny on a different day. Book at your own risk!!
