  • I'm not sure of the amenities, but the fact that they disallow first class passengers traveling only in the U.S. from using the facilities is crappy. I paid a lot of money to fly my family first-class out to Phoenix to visit me, but they cannot use the lounge. Excuse the hell out of me for wasting the money and having my family treated like second-class citizens because they aren't flying to Europe or the like. That stinks.
