The staff is not kind at all, or at least the two girls who took care of me didn't put any effort on offering a nice customer service, I didn't feel comfortable while dealing with them. Once I went to talk with Justin (the tattooist) everything was different, he is very kind and understands your ideas even though they are not so clear at all. Although he takes a bit long to email you the sketch. Then I went for my tattoo session with him, his work is pretty nice and clean, he took a smoking break after an hour of work and took another one later on because I requested it (you can take as many breaks as you want/need with him). Overall, the tattooists make it up for the staff and make this tattoo parlor one of the best in Toronto.
I would recommend this place if you don't care about the customer service, but I don't think I would come back because customer service is essential for me.
