  • My wife's insurance company called for a replacement of a lost fob for her car. Auto start, remote access, trunk. The tech showed up 45 minutes late and then spent 2 hours trying to get into and get her car up and running. I had to get the dealership I'd bought the car from to provide the programming code because the tech didn't have it, even though the year, make and model of the car was provided to them. 2 hours later and we still weren't done. Tech said that the dart and ram trucks have different chips in the fob than other cars. He left us with a metal key to gain access to the car and a fake fob for ignition. Unacceptable. Manager, Miro, called 4 days later to try and accommodate him, not us, by asking my wife to meet her in a parkinglot in ballantyne at 830 at night. I found that inappropriate. She called him and asked him to reschedule and he texted her back telling her he'd call her later. He followed up with a text "ok, no problem sweetie". Highly unprofessional and inappropriate. 6 days later and she still can't remote start her car or unlock with the fob. Alarm goes off every time she opens the door. I called again today to complain and the receptionist told me that calling a customer sweetie is just an expression. No. It is not an expression you use towards a customer. Boy did I tear Miro a new one last night when I read that text. How dare you speak to someone like that. Maybe you get away with it in a bar, or a strip club where it's more of a personal setting, but not in a professional capacity. And he wanted her to meet him in a parkinglot somewhere that was out of her way at 830 pm? Bullshit. It took 2 hours last time and wasn't fixed what's to say she wouldn't be sitting there for another 2 hours in an unfamiliar area, by herself? Hell no. This was an unwarranted and unacceptable way to speak to a customer. One bad review goes a long way, but there's gonna be more than one. Corporate or an owner will Def be getting an ear of this as well. It's gonna be a well known and heard of poor review. Thank you for not doing what you were paid to do and showing the incompetence you all possess
