  • I relocated from Southern California back in 2014 and have lived in Promenade Park since that time. I absolutely love living here! The look and feel of the community, the amenities and the excellent service stands out and has enhanced my experience. Service is very important to me and I must say that the entire staff is exceptional. Melody, Kimberly, BJ, Cindy, Latasha, Tim, Dan & Ezekiel ALL take pride in their jobs and have been consistent in their professionalism. I definitely plan on living here until I move into a home. Though these are apartments, they feel more like townhomes, which I really like. My place is spacious, has a great floor plan and truly has the feeling of a home versus an apartment. Promenade Park gets 5 stars from me across the board!
