I checked this tracking on my Sephora order (with all my Christmas gifts for friends and family in it), and it showed it was delivered to my front door on the 10th. I immediately called On Trac, and after almost an hour on hold, I decided to send them an email. I called Sephora, who immediately put in a claim with On Trac and is reshipping my order.
I asked if this happens often with this company, and the rep told me yes. I asked if most of the "lost" packages are usually returned to Sephora, and she said yes, which is why they are so quick to file the claim and reship the order.
WHY KEEP USING THIS COMPANY THEN?????
