  • We were buying our first home, and are very new to this business. Kiran's experience, and knowledge helped us a lot in closing on a suitable home for us. For each home we looked at, Kiran quickly pointed at the advantages, disadvantages, and helped us take an informed decision. He gave excellent, and honest advice on different aspects of buying a home - size of the home, number of bedrooms, surroundings, locality, value etc. Once we picked a home, he did a good job of negotiating the price. Kiran's staff is very responsive, and attentive. They made the closing process smooth, and hassle free. Kiran also has a ready network of all the people one needs while buying a home, from mortgage lenders, to home inspectors, to handyman. All of them took good care of us, I highly recommend Kiran to anybody looking to buy/sell a home.
