rev:text	This review is based solely on the customer service of this company and nothing else. I have contacted this company TWICE. The first time a couple of months ago when I wanted my carpets/tile cleaned after my baby was born. Unfortunately they failed to reply for a couple of days at which point I had already decided not to proceed. After 6 months of family traffic, a Doberman and my preteen brother all tracking dirt into my house, I decided maybe I should give them another try. Especially since, well, have you seen their before and afters? I want some of that! I emailed once again on their website since they don't have a single price listed. I received a call the next day from a woman. I can't express how turned off I was by her tone of voice and the "quotes" she was giving me. $32 for a staircase landing (literally arm to arm length)? But $35 for an entire bedroom?!What? I didn't feel valued as a possible customer and with their "prices" you would think they'd be serious in the customer service department. That's some serious money lost! Sadly, what she didn't know was I have 2 houses that need to be done. Totaling 3500 sqft of tile and carpets. One of which needs a deeeeeep (DEEP) cleaning (holy upsell, right?). Anyway, I'm not happy with the customer service. That's about it. Rating based on that and nothing else. Oh well. Going elsewhere. Hoping I can have a before and after with another company that is better priced, and friendlier. I like nice people, can't you tell? :)
