Stopped being able to get channels without their new mini box. Drove 30 minutes to the closest store only to be told my current equipment was out of date and needed to be upgraded and installed by a technician. They gave me equipment, which was wrong, and now I have to drive back to the store to return it. Thankfully the installation technician was very nice. After almost two hours of installing the equipment and telling me some more equipment was failing, he had me up and running ; or so I thought. Tried to connect to my internet, which was not supposed to be touched but there is no service. Called customer service. They said the internet connection is not working and the Contour is not right. Assured me the tech would call to get it fixed. It's now 5:25 on Saturday night. Looks like I'm not getting internet this weekend. I need it to work. I have never had a good experience with Cox. It's been almost 9 years and they still keep screwing things up. HELP!
