  • Ordered an arrangement online evening of the 6th for the next day delivery. I called the next morning to get a time estimate of delivery. Person I spoke to assured me by noon. I called at 2pm to see when they'd be delivered, whole different story from this Person! She explained their 4 hour delivery window, I stated "if I knew this was going to be this big of an issue I would have picked them up". I explained I lived one half of a mile away, didn't think it would take all day. They arrived at 6:05pm on the 7th. And all dead by the 9th. Really lousy deal, this is the second time they sold me nearly dead product!! Better off going to Vons or Smith's and at least getting somewhat fresh product. All this for only $65.00!!!!! WOW!!!!! lesson learned never again!!!!
