Probably my favorite bakery in Montreal. There's a large bay window where you can see the prep area and ovens. Very, very cool industrial design.
They definitely have the #1 croissants: airy, light, melt-in-your mouth buttery-ness that's not overbearing, coupled with a crisp, flaky exterior.
Also loved all the breads I've tried there; my favorite has got to be the fig and cheese.
I only wished that I lived closer to Mile-End :(
