  • It is a chain. They are not creative with their products. Service won't floor you. Vibe - none at all. But, who cares when then ice-cream is a five on five? I am all for natural ingredients, locally owned, inventive flavors and made in small batches, but, when a chain delivers (consistently, at that), I will support it. As much as I love the strawberry ricottas and honey blue cheeses, it is still the Praline and Cream (with hot fudge) that I run to on a bad day. Doesn't that say it all?
