  • Pros: open and staffed 24 hours for only $10 per month and you can cancel anytime - but only in person which is a bit of a drawback. Cons: Limited choice of machines, you usually have to wait for the 10 lb and 5 lb free weights, not much choice for lighter weights- which you might want for wrists or when coming off an injury. Pros: Machines are clean and most people wipe them off. Cons: No TRX. Can't defend the cleanliness re: the corners of the gym that seem to be full of hair and debris. The change room is clean but I never showered there because it's always so cold. MAJOR CON :There is only one person teaching how to use the free weights and the machines, and teaching classes which means if she is away your appt is cancelled. You might wish it was once you speak to her. She is very abrupt and her attitude crosses over into outright rudeness at times. She actually said to me, "let me finish my sentence" during a one on one orientation. While teaching classes she did not ever suggest any modifications for injuries or fitness level ever and spent most of her time looking at her cell phone. After she was rude to me on three seperate occassions and i comainex to tbe supervisor. She came up to me and initiated an apology by saying, "No one told me to apologize but if I seem frustrated it's because all the staff at the front are new and don't know what they are doing." ( this because of a mix up with the starting time of a class) She continued to make excuses for herself and throw her coworkers under the bus and I had to repeat that I was busy multiple times (I was sitting at a machine when she approached) before she finally gave up her lecture disguised as an apology and walked away. Recently I mentioned this to a supervisor and was told that I was one of the few people that complained about that staff person! That does not make my complaint unjustified and people often complain by cancelling thier memberships which is what I eventually decided to do. In the meanwhile I had another gym member approach me and tell me how she had heard that staff member being rude to other members on multiple occasions. If you have had a bad experience with anyone on staff there I hope you will address it with the supervisor so she can get a better idea of what is really going on.
