  • I wish I could give them a ZERO star rating. I lived here for a year and the management is awful. The people working at the office are extremely rude and never helpful. Our garbage disposal was broken when we moved in and they tried to charge us for breaking it! The outdoor balcony is rotted and moldy. The carpets are stained and frayed and no matter how thorough and accurate your description of the EXISTING damage on move in day is they will still blame you for everything when you move out. Not only will they keep your security deposit but they will charge you hundreds of dollars extra and give you three days to pay. Avoid the headache and avoid this scam!
