The built-in microwave in the house we bought this past spring has broken, and replacement parts are no longer available. The appliance needs to be replaced. I called HSA about the warranty coverage Two customer service reps in turn directed me to some very fine print in the warranty agreement and claimed that the specific problem would not be covered. So, the warranty that supposedly ensures the appliances you buy with your home will continue to function in fact does no such thing. I would not vouch for or recommend HSA warranties to anyone.
