Our experience with Chris and Gilbert was awesome. They gave us a thorough walk through tour. They found out some of the ceiling light fixtures had not been installed, immediately went to Home Depot, bought the fixtures, and spent the next few hours installing them. Truly amazing.
Our experience with our rental agent however has not been so good. We were told that there are only 2 rental agents for over 2,000 homes and it shows. Any time we have a question it takes a while getting a response. Certain basic details were either not given to us or were slow in coming. For example, we were never informed ahead of time that this property uses a community mailbox system. When we moved in we were waiting for important/time sensitive mail to arrive and at that time (after multiple attempts), finally got ahold of our rental agent who then gave us the number we needed to call to pay a fee to get a key and box number to be able to access our mail. Would have been nice to know ahead of time so that we could have already done that to get mail access right when we moved in and not have to wait 5 days. Another example, when we asked our agent who the local gas and electric companies are he replied, "just google it." Seems like waypoint needs to hire more agents so that the overall customer service can improve instead of expecting 2 agents to cover everyone.
