  • First impression of the office was that the office was clean and the women at the front desk were very nice. I was brought back to the room after a 45 minute wait. The MA was also very nice. The NP was NOT. When she first came into the room and asked me what she was seeing me for I told her several things I wanted to discuss and I had made a list of the items prior to coming in so that I wouldn't forget while I was there. She dryly replied that I only had 15 minutes with her. I was astounded! So as I'm rushing to get all of my questions in she is literally walking out the door. And I didn't look at my watch but it definitely had not been 15 minutes. I have never ever been to any provider who put a time limit on my care. Basically I would need to schedule a second visit to discuss anything additional. That is ridiculous. I was a new patient and typically new patient appointments are longer. Not only that, she wasn't even that knowledgeable. I am definitely not going back!
