  • My most recent visit will without question will be my last. When it was my turn to check out, the cashier's attitude changed from friendly to extremely cold. And for no apparent reason. I waited until called upon. I said hello. I said thanks. There was no reciprocation from the cashier, she was impolite from start to finish, and she was dismissive during my transaction. At one point, she completely stopped ringing me up to tend to other tasks. Seriously! If this representative wished to convey a lack of care for my time and wanted me to feel unwelcome in the store, then she succeeded. And thanks to a competitive marketplace, I'm more than happy to shop where customers don't feel uncomfortable and aren't left feeling dismissed. OLD NAVY - DO BETTER.
