  • We both ordered baby back ribs. They were under cooked, clearly not slow cooked. Seemed like they were precooked and reheated. There were hard to get off the bone without a knife. What ever happened to falling off the bone? They need a real pit master that has some experience doing ribs. If you can't get the ribs right at a barbecue spot, that is not a good sign. In fairness the corn bread was very good and the barbecue sauce was also good. Unfortunately brioche bun was dry and uninteresting. There are other much better barbecue spots in town. Hopefully these folks get it figured out, it is hard to go back after a very mediocre experience.Even though the manager asked how we liked everything, it was quickly apparent he was only open to positive feedback. If you don't want the truth please don't ask.
