After watching Ugly Delicious I knew that I wanted to check out David Chang's recommendation at Caesar's Palace. My parents and I had lunch at the restaurant and we were seated right away. The service was excellent. We had a variety of servers helping us, bringing our food and refilling our drinks. They offer a pre-fixe lunch menu on weekdays from 10am-4pm that includes a soup, a appetizer (this is really more of a "side" item) and an entree. We ordered the pre-fixe (chicken and corn soup, crispy vegetable spring rolls, and the stir-fried beef with aspargus and white rice) as well as the seafood chow mein and shared everything. The food wasn't bad but it wasn't great either. My favorite items were definitely the noodles and the spring rolls. Given our experience I would definitely be willing to go again to try more of their food.
